As Piney Woods enters its 111th year, the School remains committed to creating a safe and supportive educational environment for African American children who are often overlooked or counted out.
A decrease in annual giving is projected to impact the number of scholarships for the upcoming school year by 30 percent due economic downturn related to the pandemic.
As a supporter of the school's great work, I am asking you to help us promote giving to the student scholarship fund during the 2020 virtual day of giving on Juneteenth—Friday, June 19.
